Dear Parents/carers,
Goodbye and Thank you
This summer we say goodbye and thank you to Mrs Barker and Mrs Powles. Mrs Barker has led our Early years for 6 years and has worked hard to provide an effective, caring learning environment for our children.
Mrs Powles has worked as a lunchtime supervisor for an incredible 34 years. She has cared for thousands of children in this time making sure they eat well and are safe. What an amazing legacy to leave behind.
We offer them our heartfelt thanks and wish them every happiness for their next adventure.

School Uniform Donations
Thank you to all who have donated school uniform – If you are able to donate clean uniform in good condition, we would be very grateful. We are currently short of KS1 and 2 school cardigans, KS1 school jumpers and school summer dresses. Our Uniform Bank offers good quality uniform free to children in school. Thank you for your help.
Residential Payments
For those pupils going to Robinwood the next payment of £40 is due by the 25th June.
For those pupils going to London the next payment of £60 is due by the 30th June.
Please make sure these payments are made in time as they are linked to our payment deadlines with the companies organising the trips. Thank you.
ParentPay accounts
It is essential that you make every effort to clear your Parent Pay accounts for Breakfast Club, Tea Time Club, Nursery and lunches. From September payments for Tea Time Club and Breakfast Club must be made prior to your child staying. Therefore, all accounts need to be settled before the end of the summer holidays. If you have questions regarding this, please speak to school.

Gomersal St.Mary’s is now registered to accept Tax Free Childcare Vouchers to help pay for Breakfast Club and Tea Time Club and also RESIDENTIAL Trips.
Tax Free Childcare is a Government Scheme that pays 20% of childcare costs up to a maximum of £2000 per year. The scheme is open to all parents of children under the age of 12.
