A few families have given us their new contact information after receiving new phones for Christmas. If this applies to you, please make sure we have your new number.
Please remember that it is essential that we have the latest contact information for you and your other contacts. Make sure you update these details whenever necessary.
We are looking to supplement the outdoor equipment ready for the better weather. This equipment will be available for pupils to play with at playtimes. If you have any of the following items spare could you please donate them to school:
After School Clubs:
Multi-Sports for Reception, Year 1 and 2 will be on Wednesdays (12th January to the 16th February)
Football for Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 will be on Fridays (14th January to the 18th February)
The cost for both clubs is £21 to be paid on ParentPay.
Hama Beads: Friday 21st January
Come along and join us. We will be making our very own Hama bead creations, that you can take home.
We can’t wait to see what colours, shapes and designs you choose!
To book your child’s place, please call or email the school office.
Mrs Wharton and Miss Hacking
The children in Y6 have been learning about how to live more sustainably to help them to do their part in saving the planet. As part of this project we are suggesting that families bring unwanted Christmas jumpers into school in January, and we will then store them until November when we will distribute them to new families.
Nut free school:
Please remember that we are a nut free school. This is because we have a pupil with a nut allergy. I have been told by lunchtime staff that they have seen a number of nut products in packed lunches. It is essential that we do not have these products in school. Products which say ‘may contain nuts’ are acceptable.
Training Days 21/22 reminder:
Here are the training days for the next school year:
Thursday 5th May 2022
Monday 25th July 2022
Tuesday 26th July 2022
Please don’t forget that school will be closed for Jubilee Day on Friday 27th May.
Yours sincerely, Miss J. Barker
