Dear Parents/carers
Please can I first thank you ever so much for your fantastic support over the Christmas period. We have raised over £1000 towards school funds. This will help us to buy the extra resources that we would otherwise have to do without. Congratulations to all our winners as well. We are delighted that we could bring a little extra Christmas cheer to some of our families too.
It was very disappointing that we could not share our Christmas performances with you, but they are now both online.

Christmas Jumpers:
The children in Y6 have been learning about how to live more sustainably to help them to do their part in saving the planet. As part of this project we are suggesting that families bring unwanted Christmas jumpers into school in January, and we will then store them until November when we will distribute them to new families.
Nut free school:
Please remember that we are a nut free school. This is because we have a pupil with a nut allergy. I have been told by lunchtime staff that they have seen a number of nut products in packed lunches. It is essential that we do not have these products in school. Products which say ‘may contain nuts’ are acceptable.
ParentPay:
Please make every effort to clear your ParentPay account before the end of term. If you are having any problems with this please contact school so that we can support you.
Tea-Time Club and Breakfast Club:
Tea time club and Breakfast Club will start again on Wednesday 5th January.
Out of hours:
Unfortunately we are having a problem with trespassers on our site later in the evenings. They are heading towards our early years outside area, throwing items around and spoiling the activity stations that have been set up by the staff. Each morning staff are having to clear everything up and start again. Please can I ask you to be vigilant and if you see or hear anything contact the police.
