Dear parents/carers,
At this time of the term I send out a letter sharing plans for our parents evening. Obviously, we have had to look at this differently this year so we are going to offer parents and carers the opportunity to talk to the class teacher by phone.
Each class will have their own allocated day when the phone calls will be made with 10 minute slots available for each child. Should a family require more than one phone call due to separations etc please contact school so arrangements can be made.

The phone calls will be made between 1pm and 3pm, and then between 3.30pm and 6pm.
We will call the main contact number that we hold on our database. If you wish us to call a different number then please contact school. If there is no answer on the first time of trying we will immediately call again. If we still get no answer then we will move onto the next appointment and you will have missed your appointment. We will aim to be on time with our calls so please know that we will limit calls to no more than 10 minutes. However, there may be times when we are slightly late due to unforeseen opportunities.

Appointments can be booked from 7pm on Tuesday 10th November up until 11.55pm on the night before the actual day of your child’s appointments.
