It has been a busy week in school as we acknowledge the importance of Anti Bullying Week and Peace Week.  Look out for further information about the activities that have been taking place in school in next week’s newsletter.

Thank you very much for your kind support for Children In Need. This is a fantastic charity that does amazing work to support children locally and further afield. Each £1 donated today makes a huge difference so we appreciate the contributions you have made.

With Christmas fast approaching, I hope you can support this FREE Christmas event at St Mary’s Church:

Children’s Advent Activity Morning

St Mary’s Church

Saturday 2nd December 10.00am – 12.00

Come and join us for a fun packed interesting morning: preparing for Christmas, making cards, angels, mangers, photo frames, baubles, Christmas trees and wreaths, advent candles, decorate a biscuit to have with refreshments and much more.

Many of you have been before with your family, so why not bring a friend?

Rev Karen and the Activity Morning Team are waiting to welcome you. Hope to see you there.

Free Admission

Can I also please remind families that you must not park your car on the zig zag lines outside our school.  This is to ensure all our children and families have a safe passage into our grounds.

There are a number of events coming up which require a contribution from families. You will find these listed on your parent pay account.  Please can you check your accounts and clear any outstanding payments.  As a school we would love to be able to fund all events, but unfortunately this is simply not possible. However with your contributions we can provide children with exciting opportunities to further improve their school experience, so thank you very much for your continued support.

Yours sincerely, Miss J. Barker
