We have received notification that we are to be used as a polling station on Thursday 20th October. This is due to the election for a candidate to represent Batley and Spen after the untimely death of Jo Cox. Therefore school will be closed on this day.

School will be open on Friday 21st October after which we are on half term holiday for one week, returning on Tuesday 1st November.

It is lovely to see our Breakfast Club so well attended. Please could you make sure that all children are in Breakfast Club by 8.20am. Thank you.

I have also been asked to remind you that the staff car park should only be used by members of school staff at all times. The only exception is for families who require the use of the disabled space.

Thank you for your co-operation in these matters.

I hope you to see you at the events taking place in school.

If you have any further questions, please contact school.

Yours sincerely, Miss J. Barker

Mr Pitts currently teaches Computing to the whole school along with some other subjects during teacher’s PPA time. He runs this website and makes sure it all works smoothly, most of the time!
