Goodbye to Mrs Carruthers, Mrs Brown and Mrs Newby

Yesterday, not only did we say goodbye to our Year 6 children, we also bid farewell to Mrs Carruthers, Mrs Brown and Mrs Newby.

Mrs Newby has worked at the school for 16 years. She is leaving us to take another job and we wish her the very best of luck. Mrs Newby has contributed so much to the school over the years. We have much to thank her for and she will be very much missed.

Mrs Brown has made a significant impact on improving our outdoor learning since she arrived. She has also led our gardening and forest schools after school clubs. We would like to thank her for all her hard work and the contribution she has made to our school improvement, as she moves to a new post.

Mrs Carruthers has been a real asset to our Early Years Team and we are sorry to see her move on. We would like to thank her for all her hard work and wish her every success for the future. Unfortunately, Mrs Carruthers was unable to join us for the Worship.

Mr Pitts currently teaches Computing to the whole school along with some other subjects during teacher's PPA time. He runs this website and makes sure it all works smoothly, most of the time!
