School Updates: Friday, 6th February 20151 minute read

May we please thank you all for the support you have shown the British Heart Foundation today. It was wonderful to see so many children wearing red and your contributions will make a real difference to the charity. We also raised money through selling milk and cookies at playtime and a bun sale after school. Thank you again for giving your money to such a worthwhile cause.

We are currently organising the after school clubs which will take place after the February half term. This information will be available early next week.

Our year 5 and 6 children went to see the Little Shop Of Horrors at Whitcliffe Mount High School this week.

It was wonderful to see some of our ex-pupils in action, but particularly pleasing was the positive feedback we got from the adults who commented on how well behaved our children were and they they were a credit to our school. Well done Years 5 and 6.

We now have an answer phone at school. We hope this will make it easier for families to contact school, as you will no longer need to wait until there is someone in the office to leave a message. This should help will registering absences, for example, as you can ring at a time that suits you.

Many thanks for your continued support.

Mr Pitts currently teaches Computing to the whole school along with some other subjects during teacher's PPA time. He runs this website and makes sure it all works smoothly, most of the time!
