Parental Voice Responses: Open Day, Thursday 23rd May 2013

As usual, parents were invited to respond to events in school during Open Day. Here are a selection of their responses:

Very enjoyable with a pleasant atmosphere.

We’ve had a lovely morning. Really enjoyed seeing the kids at work and the drumming was great!

Fantastic, very nice school. All children are happy and participating in an activity. Drumming lesson great.

A wonderful time. Children looked happy and confident. A credit to all involved. Keep up the good work!

Very enjoyable. Good to see how the school works.

Fabulous morning. Lovely to spend time with the children in the school environment. African drumming was fantastic!

We’ve had a lovely morning and enjoyed watching [my child] and their classmates completing some creative activities.

We came to both afternoon and morning. Very enjoyable to see the children in the school setting. It also gave [my child] a good insight in to the classrooms before he starts full time in September.

The school was very welcoming and the staff and children were all very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to see such activity and hard work taking place. The whole school seemed fully focussed and even Reception children offered advice and guidance completely unsolicited.

A lovely school full of very happy children.

Great to see everything the children participate in within the school, such an amazing atmosphere and happy to see that my child is so at ease here!

Mr Pitts currently teaches Computing to the whole school along with some other subjects during teacher’s PPA time. He runs this website and makes sure it all works smoothly, most of the time!
