Information about Thursday, 13th June

You may be aware that an additional day for Polling has been planned for Thursday, 13th June due to the unexpected resignation of a local councillor.

To avoid closure of the school, we have managed to arrange school visits for Reception, Class 1 and Class 2 on that day. The children will be in school as normal at the beginning of the day for registration and then will leave school.

Children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 will come to school as normal, however they will have no access to the main school building and will have their lunch in their classroom or a picnic if the weather is fine. All children having school dinners will be supplied with a picnic lunch, packed lunch children should bring theirs as normal.

There will be no breakfast club on this day.

Nursery sessions are unaffected.

I hope in doing this we have managed to alleviate any inconvenience to parents caused by having to close the school.

Mr Pitts currently teaches Computing to the whole school along with some other subjects during teacher's PPA time. He runs this website and makes sure it all works smoothly, most of the time!
Have a lovely half term break! See you back on Tuesday, 31st October.
