This week Class One had a wonderful time with the culmination of their Pirate topic. All the children made costumes at home inspired by pirates from stories in children’s literature. The children sold tickets, made costumes and used the microphones to address the audience. The children used the fashion show to raise funds for Martin House Hospice which is the benfactor of the Lent Appeal and raised over fifty pounds. All children at school are involved in Enterprise projects some money raised is for charity as part of our Christian ethos other funds raised are put back into new Enterprise schemes.
Class One are currently making a film of the event and this will be available to buy for a small donation soon. Watch this space!
